Learning to use simple chords and by moving a few fingers, coming up with brand new chords.

In this tutorial we will use a backing track to practice a chord progression in A major. We are going to focus primarily on two things: getting from one chord shape to the next and doing it in time with the music. This tutorial uses the chords A major (I), F# minor (vi), B minor (ii), E major (V).

This tutorial includes exercises focusing on different note durations. I will add practice solos from time to time to help you apply these exercises in a practical way.

Introduce the learner to 12 Bar Blues structure, minor pentatonic scale, blues scale, 12 bar blues vamp and 7th chord usage in a 12 bar blues progression.
